3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and designated digital wallets.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior authorization.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines and delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or transit disruptions beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable and natural quality of food and wellness goods, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
